In the public sector, he was in charge of the Biomedical Engineering area in the technical unit of the Federal Ministry of Health of Mexico, participating in the design of policies, guidelines and recommendations for the management of medical equipment, with an emphasis on state health services.
Collaborator of international instances such as the World Health Organization and the Division of Clinical Engineering of the International Federation of Medical-Biological Engineering. Professor of the subject in medical technology administration for the Biomedical Engineering career at a private university in Mexico. Author of publications in international journals and co-author of a book on Clinical Engineering.
